How long does it take for my order to be sent out?
As you might know, all our mystery boxes are hand picked and curated individually and are not pre-packed, meaning dispatch time takes a little longer to ensure we create the perfect fit for you.
We try our best to get your ordered boxes to you in 5 - 10 days if you are ordering to the Netherlands.
International shipping could be taking up to 3 weeks.
(Import duty fees and taxes for international orders may be required at your destination country, the buyer is responsible for this).
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do. We use DPD + PostNL for all international orders and checkout our shipping page to see if your country is included.
Are your products ethically sourced?
We work closely with our suppliers to make sure our products are ethically sourced.

Yes we can change your address before it has been fulfilled just send us a message.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are dependent or your country of residence and this will be calculated when placing a order. We do offer free shipping with orders over a certain amount.
